  • The Client agrees to provide timely inputs, feedback, and access to required systems.

4. Payments & Invoicing

  • Late payments may attract additional charges or service suspension.

Work completed up to termination date remains payable.

During the project and for a defined period thereafter, Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit Company employees involved in the project without written consent.
